Manage and prioritize Incidents from different channels (Jira tasks, E-Mails etc.)
Resolve known issues / known incidents according to given known incident database.
Delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
Assist in defining and continuously refining operational procedures.
Monitor dashboards (performance and costs) created by the DevOps Team and notify appropriate people in charge when anomalies.
Act as a liaison between departments.
Attend calls and update the team on corporate security and software upgrades.
At least 2 years of experience on similar position.
Good understanding of cloud services (Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and web applications.
Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards is a plus.
Competency in regulating user access via Active Directory groups and IdentityIQ (IIQ) roles is also a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player willing to cooperate with colleagues across office locations and functions
Very strong English language skills are a must
