Responsibilities

For our client, an international medical company, we are looking for a newcomer to HR team for the position of Talent Acquisition Representative.
If you are customer oriented and daily communication in english is not problem for you – maybe we are looking for you right now!

Job despriction:
- First point-of-contact for all TA inquiries
- Delegate and escalate inquiries
- Execute daily service operations by responding queries by providing HR-related information to employees and people leaders
- Administer Workday including preparation of offer letters
- Prepare monthly reports
- Ad hoc tasks

Requirements

- Min. High school diploma
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR, Shared Services Environment or Customer Service
- MS Office tools
- English - fluent written and verbal
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, managing HR system data – nice to have
- Attention to detail, proactive approach, analytical and problem-solving skills
